1. Aceptación

Al crear una cuenta o usar Alliant aceptas estos Términos y Condiciones y el Aviso de Privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la app.

2. Qué es Alliant

Alliant es una herramienta gratuita para equipos de FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC): scouting de partidos, gestión de baterías e inventario, listas previas al partido, colaboración del equipo durante los eventos y estadísticas de competencia. La desarrollan voluntarios de la comunidad FRC y se ofrece sin costo.

Alliant no está afiliada, patrocinada ni respaldada por FIRST®, The Blue Alliance, Statbotics ni Nexus for FRC. FIRST®, FIRST Robotics Competition y FRC son marcas de For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology.

3. Cuentas y edad

• Debes tener al menos 13 años. Si tienes entre 13 y 17, necesitas el consentimiento de tu madre, padre, tutor o del mentor adulto responsable de tu equipo; quien lo otorga acepta estos términos en tu nombre y responde por tu uso de la app.
• Inicias sesión con tu cuenta de Google o Apple; eres responsable de mantenerla segura y de la actividad que ocurra con ella.
• La información que proporciones debe ser veraz. No suplantes a otra persona ni a otro equipo.

4. Equipos, salas y roles

• Al unirte a un equipo, tus registros de scouting, notas, fotos y nombre son visibles para sus miembros. Los administradores del equipo pueden aceptar o quitar miembros, asignar tareas y ver la actividad del equipo.
• Solo puedes crear o unirte a equipos de los que realmente formas parte, o seguirlos como aficionado. Podemos eliminar equipos creados sin relación real con el equipo FRC que representan.
• El código de unión de tu equipo es confidencial; compártelo solo con integrantes de tu equipo.

5. Uso aceptable

No está permitido:

• Usar la app para fines ilícitos o contrarios al Código de Conducta de FIRST (Gracious Professionalism®).
• Intentar acceder a datos de otros equipos o usuarios, o eludir los controles de seguridad.
• Subir contenido ofensivo, malicioso o que infrinja derechos de terceros; subir fotos de personas sin su consentimiento, en especial de menores.
• Acosar, intimidar o discriminar a otros usuarios, incluidos los de otros equipos, a través de notas o avisos.
• Interferir con el servicio, hacer uso automatizado abusivo o extraer datos de forma masiva.

6. Tu contenido

Conservas la propiedad de lo que creas (notas, fotos, listas). Nos concedes una licencia gratuita y no exclusiva para almacenarlo, mostrarlo a tu equipo y procesarlo únicamente para prestar el servicio. Declaras que tienes derecho a subirlo. Podemos retirar contenido que incumpla estos términos.

7. Datos de terceros

Calendarios, resultados, rankings y estadísticas provienen de The Blue Alliance, Statbotics y Nexus for FRC, y de los propios registros de tu equipo. Pueden contener errores o retrasos y no sustituyen la información oficial del evento. Las predicciones y métricas son estimaciones. Las decisiones estratégicas, de selección de alianzas o de operación del robot son responsabilidad exclusiva del equipo.

8. Disponibilidad y cambios

Procuramos que Alliant esté disponible, pero no garantizamos un servicio ininterrumpido ni libre de errores, especialmente durante competencias con conectividad limitada. Podemos modificar, suspender o retirar funciones en cualquier momento. Te recomendamos no depender de Alliant como único registro de información crítica para tu equipo.

9. Sin garantías y límite de responsabilidad

Alliant se ofrece gratuitamente, "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, incluidas las de exactitud, idoneidad para un fin particular o ausencia de errores. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, ni Alliant ni sus desarrolladores serán responsables por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes, ni por pérdida de datos, resultados en competencia, daños a robots, baterías o equipo, derivados del uso o de la imposibilidad de uso de la app. Si en algún caso se determinara responsabilidad, esta se limitará al monto que hayas pagado por la app, que es cero.

10. Indemnización

Te comprometes a mantener indemnes a Alliant y a sus desarrolladores frente a reclamaciones, daños y gastos (incluidos honorarios legales) derivados de tu contenido, de tu uso de la app en contra de estos términos o de la violación de derechos de terceros.

11. Suspensión y eliminación de cuentas

Podemos suspender o eliminar cuentas y equipos que incumplan estos términos o pongan en riesgo el servicio, con o sin aviso según la gravedad. Tú puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde Perfil → Eliminar cuenta o escribiendo a alliant.frc@gmail.com.

12. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Para cualquier controversia, las partes se someten a los tribunales competentes de Cuernavaca, Morelos, renunciando a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderles. Antes de acudir a tribunales, te pedimos escribirnos para intentar resolverlo de buena fe.

13. Disposiciones generales

• Si alguna cláusula resulta inválida, las demás seguirán vigentes.
• Estos términos y el Aviso de Privacidad constituyen el acuerdo completo entre tú y Alliant respecto a la app.
• Podemos actualizar estos términos; publicaremos la nueva versión aquí con su fecha y, si el cambio es relevante, lo avisaremos en la app. Seguir usando la app después implica aceptarlos.
• Las tiendas de aplicaciones (Apple App Store, Google Play) no son parte de estos términos ni responsables del servicio.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Alliant you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

Alliant is a free tool for FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) teams: match scouting, battery and inventory management, pre-match checklists, team collaboration during events and competition analytics, built by FRC community volunteers and offered at no cost. Alliant is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by FIRST®, The Blue Alliance, Statbotics or Nexus for FRC. FIRST®, FIRST Robotics Competition and FRC are trademarks of For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology.

3. Accounts and age

• You must be at least 13. If you are 13–17 you need the consent of a parent, legal guardian or your team's responsible adult mentor, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the app.
• You sign in with Google or Apple; you are responsible for keeping that account secure and for activity under it.
• Information you provide must be accurate. Do not impersonate another person or team.

4. Teams, rooms and roles

• When you join a team, your scouting records, notes, photos and name are visible to its members. Team administrators may accept or remove members, assign tasks and view team activity.
• Only create or join teams you actually belong to, or follow them as a fan. We may remove teams created without a real connection to the FRC team they represent.
• Your team's join code is confidential; share it only with your team.

5. Acceptable use

You must not: use the app unlawfully or against FIRST's Code of Conduct (Gracious Professionalism®); attempt to access other teams' or users' data or bypass security controls; upload offensive, malicious or infringing content, or photos of people without their consent (especially minors); harass, intimidate or discriminate against other users through notes or notifications; interfere with the service, abuse it with automation or scrape data in bulk.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you create. You grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to store it, show it to your team and process it solely to provide the service. You represent you have the right to upload it. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Third-party data

Schedules, results, rankings and statistics come from The Blue Alliance, Statbotics, Nexus for FRC and your team's own records. They may contain errors or delays and do not replace official event information. Predictions and metrics are estimates. Strategy, alliance-selection and robot-operation decisions are solely the team's responsibility.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Alliant available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, especially at venues with limited connectivity. We may modify, suspend or withdraw features at any time. Do not rely on Alliant as the only record of information critical to your team.

9. No warranties; limitation of liability

Alliant is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or absence of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Alliant nor its developers are liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, competition outcomes, or damage to robots, batteries or equipment arising from use of or inability to use the app. Any liability that is nonetheless established is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which is zero.

10. Indemnity

You agree to hold Alliant and its developers harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the app in breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

11. Suspension and deletion

We may suspend or delete accounts and teams that breach these Terms or endanger the service, with or without notice depending on severity. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account or by writing to alliant.frc@gmail.com.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico, and the parties waive any other venue. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue in good faith.

13. General

• If any clause is held invalid, the rest remain in force.
• These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Alliant regarding the app.
• We may update these Terms; the new version is posted here with its date and material changes are announced in the app. Continued use means acceptance.
• App stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the service.
